Butalbital Medication
Butalbital (Generic Fioricet) is a combination of Acetaminophen, Butalbital, and Caffeine. Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and fever reducer. Butalbital is in a class of drugs called barbiturates that slow down your central nervous system (brain and nerve impulses) causing relaxation.
